Fans of
Oasis in New York will get to here new tracks from the band…via
street buskers.             ]

     In a collaboration between the band, the
city’s tourist board and the their record label Warner Brothers, the buskers
will be performing them today at various vantage points throughout the city,
including Penn Station, Grand Central and Time Square. 

     The band will apparently
meet up with the buskers for a short rehearsal before letting them loose on the
American public, where various new tracks will be played, including new single ‘The
Shock Of The Lightning’

     The marketing ploy is in
advance of the release of Oasis’s new album ‘Dig Out Your Soul’, due out in the US on the 7th of October..
