A post gig drinking session with the former Libertine led to to Glasvegas missing their Boston show.



Frontman James Allan spent all night drinking with former Libertine Carl Barat after he turned up to watch Glasvegas play in London. They had such a good time together that Allan missed his appointment in the morning.  As a result officials were unable to process his visa in time.



The singer told Scottish newspaper the Daily Record "He's aware of it and is aware that he cost me a few thousand quid" said Allan. " But we sat up all night with a typewriter and a piano and had some fun singing".
