Steve Wright has said he is absolutely overjoyed at his new curvaceous body. The Radio 2 heart-throb has been dogged by speculation that he has an eating disorder and was pictured looking waif-fully thin as recently as 1979.
He told Gobshout: ‘I went on a strict dieting and exercise regime in an attempt to put on weight. As you can see it works! My method is different from all the others as you can eat what you want when you want – and provided you stick to it and don’t do any exercise you’ll put on the pounds in no time!’

Tuesday – Mediteranean Day
Breakfast:
Pizza,
One family carton of orange juice,
Chips.
Lunch:
Mediterranean salad, side portion of pasta, fries, garlic bread,
6 bottles of Peroni.
Desert:
Lasagne.
Dinner:
Spaghetti Bolognese,
One loaf of garlic bread,
One bottle Pino Grigio,
One Walls Vienetta
Exercise Regime:
Sit with feet up and watch box set of The Sopranos (at least three episodes).
Important! – If the doorbell rings make sure the wife gets it. If the wife is out phone her and tell her it is an emergency. If she doesn't buy it, just ignore it.
