Noel Gallagher has claimed today that Oasis’s new album will radically
explore new avenues to their previous seven efforts.

Speaking to Gobshout News, the Manc legend revealed the band were going to team up with Jay-Z to
release an album called 'Definitely Hip-Hop.'

‘You gotta move wiv the times blood and hip-hop's where it's
at right now.  We’ve gotta be down, innit like? I really
regret all that stuff I said about him playing at Glasto now. He was super
safe! I hope they have hip-hop headliners every year.’

Going on to talk about the forthcoming album, Noel said
’we’ve seen what he’s done for Kanye’s career, and Rihanna’s. ‘ I’m a massive fan of those, so was
naturally delighted when he got in touch. He said he’s got us this summers
Umbrella lined up for us already. 

He added that Liam was none too keen on the proposed new direction: 'Our kid
is gonna take a bit of persuading though. I got 99 problems and, as usual,
that bitch is one'
