It was revealed today that the R.S.P.C.A have enlisted the Marilyn Manson in the most controversial yet of all their advertising campaigns.

The man whose new album ‘Canine Fantasies’ is in the shops from next week told Gobshout News of his support and commitment to helping the charity.

He said: ‘People don’t realise, me being this dark, Satanic figure, that I’m also a real dog lover.  I got in touch with the good people at the R.S.P.C.A and together we have come up with the novel idea of giving away a free puppy with every copy of my new album.’

‘It’s simple, go into any major record store, buy the album 'Canine Fantasies' and behind the cash-desk you’ll see a cage stacked full to the brim with just the cutest little puppies.  Just pick the one you want and away you go!’

Marilyn Manson denied it was a ruthless publicity stunt: 'Nonsense! And whatsmore I resent the allegation.  I’m totally committed to this project.  I even took twenty of the little critters off their hands and set 'em to work on my farm.'
