Macmillans Brick Lane Takeover

No Bono! We're alright!

Anyone that follows our Twitter or reads our news round-ups
will probably be aware of this event already, but we thought it was such a fine event with fine acts all playing for an even finer cause that it needed a proper shout-out.

Next Thursday will see over 25 acts descend onto Brick Lane’s streets and establishments for that most fashionable of event- the city festival. And it's all in the name of money raising for Macmillans Cancer Support.    Not to sound preachy, but raising cash and (just as importantly) awareness of what Macmillans do is pretty damn important so, if you do live in London, get yourself along to it and check out a selection of the best up and coming bands in the country. And if you’re STILL not sure, check out Gobshouts What/Where/Why’s and realise that even if you're grey inside and don’t give two bananas about the charity, the music will be spanking and there’s lots of nice places to get a curry round there...
