Radio One DJs

'Scott Mills...has all the personality of a bag of chips...'

Wake up with Moyles, go home with Mills.  Hmm, no thanks.

Has anyone else ever thought that the djs on one of our most important radio stations just aren’t good enough?  This supposed to be the most important radio station after all.

Wake up with Moyles, go home with Mills?

Chris Moyles
, sometimes funny but more often annoying, the school bully who made it big and brought a lot of arse-lickers with him including a side-kick called ‘Comedy Dave’ who should be done under the trade description act.

Next up is the much-maligned mid-morning music guru Jo Wiley, aka the most powerful women in British music.  Gets a lot of grief from some quarters though at least she has a genuine passion for music, though rumours abound that she is not the nicest person to work for or to be around when she isn’t on air.

After Jo it’s downhill from then on, the girl-next-door Edith Bowman, nice enough, but girls-next-door usually end with a nice bloke and a job in the local bank, not working the afternoon spot on our most important radio station.

As for Scott Mills to takes us home, sadly not in a taxi or as a bus driver, but with his own drive time show, he has all the personality of a bag of chips.

Dave and Chappers
, Vernon Kay, Tim Bloody Westwood..the list goes
on.

And it would be negligent to finish without mentioning the man with the most annoying voice on radio, Zane Lowe.  Bad enough on radio, but they have now taken to giving him the job as host/ compere on all the festivals that the BBC cover.  How to spoil an afternoon’s tv – get that cheesy bastard on!

It’s no wonder Radio Two kicks their arse in the ratings.  Radio One - ‘It’s not really good enough is it?’

Zane Lowe- the most annoying voice on radio??? He does at least champion new music, but is Moyles really anything other than a massive c*nt???
